Click on Buy it now! (a questioner will appear).
Step 2
Fill in the fields that apply to your order.
Please make sure you have provided a phone number for contact.
Please review your order and make sure all information is correct.
Click Submit.
Your order will be forwarded to our on-line representative who will contact you to confirm your order and to complete the process.
Once your order is completed, the representative will be able to inform you of the total cost including shipping & handling charges.
What form of payment does PLAIN-T accept?
PLAIN-T is a small local company. We are rapidly working to be able to accept payment by credit card, however, at this time we can only process orders through checks or money order. Thanks for your support while we grow!

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped COD (check on delivery) by UPS (check or money order only). Items are available to ship to U.S. addresses only.

How do I know about the total shipping cost for my order?
A PLAIN-T customer representative will contact you within 24 hours of your order to provide you with the total cost for your order including shipping & handling charges.

When will my order leave the PLAIN-T warehouse?
Orders placed before 6 P.M. EST are shipped within two business days. If we anticipate any delays with your shipment or if an item is out of stock we will contact you.
How can I check on my order status?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You can view tracking information by clicking on the UPS tracking number in your confirmation email. You may also call PLAIN-T at: 212-758-2413 to speak with a customer representative, or email us at info@plain-t.com to inquire about the status of your order.
How can I cancel my order?
For order cancellation please call 212-758-2413. A customer service representative will determine whether the order has been shipped.
How can I return an online purchase?
PLAIN-T’s products are of the highest quality, and your satisfaction is guaranteed. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return the item. We will credit you for the amount of the order. Please return it to the following address:
